home fertilty test pos but ovulation neg

how can this be i did my lsh test last week it said positive but today i took my ovulation test as i am supposed to be ovulating and it was neg so i am pretty confused how can you be fertile if your not producing eggs each month its all a load of crap and i am just going to take it as i cant conceive. i cant go to my doctor as i am 18 and my doctor gives me a lecture every time i want to speak to her so i have no body to talk to about this please can someone give me some advice
