Hoping-for #5----OMG----i miscarried twice two, once at 8 weeks in 2010 and one at 18 weeks in September of 2011. The last one was so so awful, I was depress for a whole year! I was going to have a boy, we named him Andrew.
Since then, we have been trying and nothing has happened. I will start my second round on clomid this month, and desperately trying to get pregnant.
Do you know why you miscarried at 20 weeks, that is so far along, just as I was at 18 weeks?? On top of that I am 39 and running out of time so CLomid is my last hope! Praying for both of us!

nljusay We’ve been trying for over a year now. We got engaged this past August. After 6 long years I FINALLY said yes!! Lol. My doctor told me 10 years ago that I may not be able to have kids, which is why I didn’t accept his proposal 3 years ago when he asked me to marry him. I felt useless and he wants kids more than I do. To be honest, the whole fact that I may not be able to conceive is what kept me distant from him. It even causes us to separate for almost a year…
But he is such a caring and understands man that he loves me no matter what, even if we may have to adopt. I don’t think anything is physically wrong with me, my cycles are just screwed up which means I NEVER ovulate=/ DARN AF!!! She only shoes up when we don’t want her to, not when we actually need her I’m going to keep praying on it.

SnowAngels, no I didn’t get any trigger shots. The only thing I did was the clomid and metformin. I did tons and tons of research and neither one of those meds give false positives=/ Maybe it was the tests. Ill post a picture of them. One was a faint line, and then the next morning it was darker. I’m having all the symptoms but no confirmed pregnancy. I’m praying its way too early=/

nevsgirl OMG, one of my friends JUST had an abortion. Not even a month ago. I wanted to punch her in the face. I can’t stand how some women can just sleep around and BAM they get pregnant but for others it takes time. Every friend of mines either has kids that they didn’t even want, or they all had abortions because it was a “mistake”. It’s so sad. I wish the abortion rate would go up to 1500 so young girls could stop aborting babies and just give them up for adoption. They make me sick just thinking about it!!

Babifever - So strange you are talking about that. I just saw a pic of my EX-Best friend that had 8 abortions and then decided to KEEP the last child because she wanted to screw the father out of child support for the rest of his life. I would give anything to have a child and she uses hers as an additional income source. It pains me on a daily basis that people like this exist in the world.

Hi ladies! I am now starting round two of clomid at 100mg. If this round doesn't work for us, I am off to see a specialist. It's been a years since I last got pregnant and my doctor doesn't want to wait any longer in case that there are other problems.

I'm also on 2nd round of clomid and currently in the 2ww..hoping for a miracle!! I had only 1 large follicle (22mm) in left side but a few possible mid-sized too…

Hello my clomid friends. Just checking n to c hw everyone is doing. I went to my 1st appt yesterday and had my 1st sonogram. It was the most amazing thing I have ever seen. I did get preggo off the 1st round of clomid and it was only one bean on the monitor. So ladies please do not give up hope. BabyBlues - Welcome! I didn't actually have problems until after my miscarriage as well. Has your doctor recommended that you try the Clomid?

Update on me: I had my first visit with a specialist last Monday. Since then I've had labs to check my CD21 progesterone level. It came back at 8.5, which is higher than when I started last time, but still not where it needs to be. I go next week for an ultrasound & some other hormonal testing. Then the last week of Dec/first week of Jan. I go back for an HSG test to make sure that my left tube isn't blocked. After all of my tests I will sit down with the Dr. again to go over the results and game plan. Hoping for good news. I'm also thinking of you all!!

babyfever12 yes he's recommended it but Ive been trying really hard to get pregnant w/o and hard drugs. I've been taking vitex and red rasberry tea leaf all natural pills but they arent working. My husband and I are really ready for a child! It took a long time for us to get over the mc of our twins. i'll admit, it was an unplanned pregnancy but once i saw the ultrasound i fell in love as did my husband. sadly, i was never able to meet my babies. now we're ready to try again and nothing is working!!!

I'm 22 years old and I've been trying to get pregnant with my husband for about 1 year now with no success. Recently went to the Doctor and got some Clomid. I already completed my first round. Today is Christmas and I'm ovulating. Let's hope God gives me the best Christmas present in the world! A baby! I'll keep you guys updated! Good luck to everyone!
