BC pills and ovarian cancer

how many here are using BC pills for a very long time? i heard long term use of BC pills can cause ovarian cancer. is this true?

i have been using BC pills for almost 15 years now and there has never been any problem.i do regular check up's just to make everything's okay.actually, i'm planning to stop and have a break for like months but hopefully my cycle won't messed up.anyway, i do hope that pills won't cause serious problem.it sounds really scary!

i don't know if birth control pills can cause ovarian cancer, but it can cause breast cancer most especially if you started taking it when you were still young. but chances are little so it's something you shouldn't worry about.
