i really did not understand your question but i guess you are asking about ovulation, first of all you have to know the length of your cycle. If you have a regular 28 days cycle your ovulation usually is at the cd14, but it you have shorter or longer cycle ovulation day will vary. Ovulation is only 1 day, but you can have BD every other days a week after your AF so you won't miss a fertile day. So i hope that i was able to answer your question and was able to help you. Nancy is right, ovulation depends on how long your cycles usually are. Your first day of your cycle is the first day you start to bleed, not the days you spot. Hope this helps!
