I am unable to have an orgasm while having sex, so my husband usually performs fallatio on me and I do have one then. I'm wondering if my chances are still good once we have sex and he has an orgasm. Will my cervix still be widened up and ready to receive the sperm easily?

Yes, ovulation and arousal open your cervix, not orgasm.

Wether or not your cervix is open also depends on where in your cycle you are too. :)
