Scar Tissue? Please Help Anyone

I have been getting mid cycle pain for 5 years. I have been to 5 gynos had 2 laps and been on several different treatment. Been diagonsed for PCOS and Endo. I finally got off my last treatment a couple of months ago but the pain returned AGAIN!! I can't take this anymore!! My gyno said its not the endo as the treatment was a success but it is scar tissue?!?! He said to keep trying through for babies even though I get severe pain midcycle. How am I to even go near my partner when I can't move for 4 days?? I am so desperate for this pain to go.... can anyone help me on what I should do? Why can't any DRs tell me why this pain keeps returning????
