I've noticed a lot of women having fertility issues on these boards. I also have suffered from unexplained infertility and have no tubes due to an ectopic. After infertility treatments I am finally 9 weeks with twins. The thing that saved my sanity was being part of a support group with others who could help guide and encourage me through the rough times. It is an MSN group called BabyConnections.
