Hi cdefonso. I started on Tamoxifen yesterday in order to prepare for iui #2. This time around I believe that I will be able to ready my body better and here is baby dust for you. Keep us posted.

CAI; holiday all paid for, wa decided this would be our last holiday before baby!! so we went all out on it!! think were going to give tickets to mum and dadlet them enjoy it, i cant believe it will fall on the same week!! am not very good at planing am i? well i no this sound bad but i havnt told my partner about the better chances of fertility this month nore am i going to tell him when i am ovulating, im not going to lie but lets just saying the trying part semt to get more like a timed chore! i no that sounds bad, but it was starting to make my partner feel like he had to do his part every time we had sex and some times he couldnt do his part..if that makes sence?!? he felt under alot of presure rather than pleasure! do you think i am going behind his back or should i tell him? am not doing it to keep things from him just so he doesnt feel presured!! you have some great advise and encouragment, thanks for been there for me x x

Hi Harrisongoodall, I think it is nice of you to take the pressure off everyone this month!! I'll tell you,hubby and I had such a great time this month. Afterwards I sat up (no legs in the air stuff) and we had a snack in the kitchen and laughed together - like old times!! I still monitored my OV and "timed" things, but men are so happy anytime we offer!! Ha ha... Go for it!! Enjoy! Too bad you can't reschedule your vacation, but tell your mom and dad that they get to enjoy their vacation now, and in a few years they can watch junior while you have a get-away!! xoxoxo

Hi Harrisongoodall. Hollymouse is right, taking the pressure off your partner will work in both your favours. Have fun this month, new rooms, new positions :) I am sure that your parents will be there for you even more after to holiday and it will be worth the money spent and more.

jlh, did you get your results back yet. I have my fingers crossed for you!!! :)

Today, I took a hpt and got a BFN. I am really upset, but trying to stay positive as I know I still have a couple more days before my blood test. I have been searching all morning for people that got BFN's on 12 days post iui and then get BFP's on day 13, 14, etc... There seems to be a lot, so that's helping to get me through the day...I haven't gotten AF yet, so I am assuming that is a good thing as well. I am kind of confused as to when I would actually get AF. When I was on the pill, I always got it on day 24, but since I have never gotten a period on my own outside of the pill or provera, I don't know when to expect it if the IUI doesn't work?

CAI; sounds good : ) so how you doing? when you start your next iui? was your period normal this month? i have come on mine a few days early! totaly unsure when i will ovulate, how do you work yours out or do you have symptoms? x x x

tryingtoconceive10; yes do stay positive, just because it hasnt shown on a hpt doesnt mean your def not! if you do read in to it you will see plenty of people who concieve with no iui have alot of false prengnancy readings on there test, my sister had bought about 6 hpt as she had missed periods and and over a few months but a little weight on!!! she went to docs lots of times as she was getting upset stomach cramps, turned out she was 7 months pregnant, they only found out through a blood test!!! then,,,,,,,,she gave birth 4 weeks later, was a massive shock to every one, he was here within 4 weeks lol, so point of story you just never no!!! lol, good luck, and ill kepp passing on baby dust to you x x

Hi Harrisongoodall. My AF actually came of the same day I was to be pregnant :) Feb 5, exactly 28 days cycle. I am hoping that my timing is spot on. Here goes, Go get ultrasound on Feb 17, injection to induce ovulation on Feb 18 and iui on Feb 19. I will do an ovulation test on my own on Feb 17 and 18 to make certain.
