I'm on day 25 of my first cycle with Clomid. I'm having dull aches and pains in the lower abdomen with some shooting pains, mainly on the left side. They just started about 2 days ago. Has anyone else experienced this as a side effect of Clomid near the end of their cycle? I'm worried I may have developed ovarian cysts or something.

i'm day 24 having lower very slight aches and lower back ache.. not long til i can do a test...
i think these aches are normal from clomid, also very tired...

Im on day 22 and last night i was doubled up with sharp pains they were even going threw my bum and lower back today at the hopital they say i have inflammed ovaries and they dont think i ovulated!!!! Not good looks like im going threw all this again next month!!! Im not happy about it but i have no choice xx

day 25, still get uncomfortable cramping in lower belly, i will do test on day 29 as i have missed period now,(normally 23/24/25 days )
just checked last years clomis cycle and my first period was 27 days long. i came on , on what would've been the 28th day, so it must make my cycle longer.. so maybe i haven't really missed period!!!

I think it's unlikely to get a cyst with Clomid. They usually prescribe Clomid or birth control pills to try to dissolve cysts.

My period was supposed to start today according to my doctor. I wasn't going to take a test yet, but then this afternoon I couldn't wait. It was negative again! I haven't started my period yet though. I've been having cramping pains like I'm going to start. I think I'm still holding on to hope that maybe I am pregnant and my hcg levels just aren't high enough yet. It's day 28 of my cycle (clomid days 3-7) is that likely? If I'm not, then I wish the period would just start so I can do the second round of clomid.

renee-any luck yet??i'm still having period pains with no blood very strange, same here, if its gonna come i wish it would hurry up too so i can start 2nd round x
