Possible pregnant or not?

I was on the pill for the last 10 years, and finally went off in mid Janauary. I skipped the period that would have been due at the end of January but then had a regular period at my regular time in February. All through March I was "actively" trying to get pregnant. I am 4 days late with no sign of a period and not sure about signs of pregnancy. I took hpt and it showed neg.
