ovulating from both ovaries in one month?is it possible

On first round of clomid. Due to ovulate any day now. I have pain mainly on my right hand side but also on the left. Is it possible to ovulate from both ovaries in one month and therefore get twins? Just curious if anyone knows.

I had the same thing happen to me this month but I dont know what it means also!!!!!!

Its possible and normal. Your twinning rate wouldn't be any higher than if your produces multiple follicles on the same ovary.
