medicine for fever without affecting ovulation

i had my clomid therapy this last month. i had my injectibles yesterday in order for me to ovulate. i had slight fever and colds today. my question is, if im going to take paracetamol, does it affects my ovulation? pls help

The best to take when ttc is Tylenol, or something with acetominiphin. There is something about ibuprofin that is not good when ttc, or when pg. I'm not sure what it is, I just remember seeing a warning about it on one of the ttc sites. Hope you feel better!! :)
