Yes. It does happen. I have been trying for a year. I am very regular, I get an LH surge every month, I have O cramping but no pg. I went t my OB today for a consultation. She has me getting a few blood test done to check out my progesterone and some other things. If you are over 30, there is only a 20% chance you can get pg. Don't give up. Keep trying.
