Hopefullysoon, that's awesome news, time to get down to business! Lol!

I'm cd 28 today, last month was 31 days in total, so three days to go, I've decided to wait until Monday if nothing has happened before testing.

Felt rather sick this morning, had two glasses of wine last night after a killer day at work and basically woke up with a hangover, very weird I normally have to drink a lot more

So no idea what that was green tea seemed to help.

Angel - I am definitely taking yesterday as my positive! I took another one 5 hours later yesterday and the 2nd line was still dark. Still not quite as dark as the control line but very, very close! I took another one this morning and same thing again. YAY! So happy! It's such a relief when last month I didn't ovulate off of the clomid at all :( But here is to a better month, and hopefully an even better month in a couple weeks with more good news!

Angel I've also used the digital ones before and it takes awhile for the results to show up. Don't eject the stick otherwise you won't get the results at all. That test symbol will flash for 3-5 minutes before giving you a result. Not sure how long it was flashing for you though? Maybe there was an error with that stick?

Babymoon - Good luck! I'm keeping positive that AF won't show up for you, and you'll get your positive BPF! We need some positive news on here!

Hopefullysoon - I think I ejected it way too early lol. Congrats on the + opk! I'm very excited for you! I am at work late so dont have my digital one with me but took a normal one i have in my handbag... and its deffo VERY light line.. :( But I'm only on CD12 and considering I ovulated CD25 last month it is a bit early for me. I'll try and stay positive and hope I still ovulate.

babymoon - REALLY hope af does not arrive!

angel, I too use the "smiley face" opks. Sometimes it flashes for a good three minutes, which in my mind is 20, until I get a smile or none. As long as it is flashing, the stick is assessing your results. In addition, there is an error symbol, although I forget what it is. Lastly, I have definitely taken the test before four hours of not peeing and have received my smiley face.

My AF is due (preferably not) this weekend. I am sure I'll get it, as I was "off" this month; however, I am seriously trying to maintain a cool vibe about it. SOMEONE has to bring this board some success soon!

jac1019 - thanks, i think i'll have to have more patience tomorrow :) managed to actually not go to the bathroom for 4 hours, was a miracle! You never know about your af.... it might just not come!!! I also need someone to have some positive news!

hopefullysoon- That is GREAT news! And I too would count that first dark line as your positive. And yeah like babymoon said, time to get busy! lol Man! I hope this is our month girl! =)

Angel- I am sorry about your opk. I hate it when you can't tell for sure whether it is a positive or not. Usually I just toss them in the negative pile. Just stay BD and that way at least you know you won't miss an opportunity if you do ovulate, and fingers crossed that you do =) I am sure you will!

Babymoon- That is rather strange about the hangover?. Unless it was a mixture of all the meds in your body that are still lingering mixed with the alcohol?? I don't know, I am just throwing out some ideas of what it could possibly be. Glad to hear the green tea worked though. Hopefully your cycle is the same as last month and that way you can start the next round and hopefully it will be your last!


I started having little cramps and I think that I am ovulating....so....I guess we will see. I am going in on the 18th for a blood test and I am really hoping and praying that they just say, HEY! You are PREGNANT!! lol Fingers crossed and a billion prayers being said =)

Ladies! I hope to goodness that at least one of us becomes pregnant very soon!!

I forget, how many of you have taken clomid for three months?

Babymoon- I really hope that af does not show and that you are pregs! That would be fantastic!!!

O-BABY - I think your cramping is a good sign! I noticed a little bit too the day before I got my positive OPK. I love going in for the blood tests because it's just so nice to have the confirmation that you O'd. It would be nice if they told you, you were pregnant when you get your blood tested but I'm not sure about your tests but mine is only for progesterone. They have to test for HGC to see if your pregnant. Progesterone can only confirm ovulation. But regardless, hopefully a week after your blood test you'll get good news that you are pregnant!

Jac1019 - even though you had a month "off" you still ovulated and that's all it takes to get pregnant! You have just as good of a chance this month as any of us, so stay positive! :)

Ahh the irony of it being the one month I'm convinced it didn't work!

We will see in a few days I guess, still don't think it worked but I'm now not drinking to be safe, well, to be safe and because I don't want another hangover! Lol!

So af will probably be here on Sunday, I've got a real good feeling about next month ( round 3). That and I'm going to decline any invitations to anything in about three weeks time!! Lol!

Okay so I can finally stop testing opk's and my mind is at ease because I did another one this afternoon . . . I can't help it lol! And it was a definite positive this time! The 2nd line was just as dark as the other and showed up almost instantly! Yay! So happy! So we'll be busy at it again tonight. We've been busy since sunday and won't stop until Saturday just to make sure :)

hopefullysoon-Thank you for all the info. I am currently on cycle day 27. I think I will have the opk ready for next month unless I find out I don't need it this month!!! That would be a blessing!!!

Have a good day all, I don’t think these meds are good for me as I had a horrid dream about my partner cheating on me, and I mean horrid! So woke up kind of angry with him, and now all paranoid and it feels like he really is, my tummy is hurting SO bad!

Angel I think timing was all wrong this month, my + on opk showed up while we were away with the inlaws for two nights! Time will tell!
