What is OS and what do you mean by high cervix opening???

OS is the opening of the cervix (the little hole- it opens when u are very fertile) and your cervix moves up and down during your cycle. When it is at the highest point and open you know your at your most fertile period of time. Use a clean/dry finger and check it when u sit on the toilet at the same time each day. After a month of feeling it u can tell whether it is up or down. When most fertile you can barely touch it. HOpe this helps u.
