TTC next year fertillity diet???

HI I was planning to try again next summer. ( I have a 10yr old a 9 year old adn a 6 month old. My 6 month baby took 2 years and 3 mc to have.) I was put on clomid to get pregnant also preseed cough meds and progesterone cream.I really don't want to have to go thru all this again. I heard about a fertility diet. Anyone do this or even heard of it? I thought If it works I will start now. I heard of it from newsweeks web page. anyone willing to start it with me?
