Laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, lupron and now metformin

Hello all!! We have been ttc for about 2years now. I have Endo, had a septum in my uterus and PCOS I had a laparoscopy/hysteroscopy in June of 08 and then completed a six month round of Lupron. Since then i was put on BC to get my period back and am now on metformin for my pcos. I'm just wondering if anyone had a similar experience and conceived? I'm feeling hopefully but would love to feel reaffirmed! :)
