Follicle Size and Multiples

Hi Everyone!
I just went through my first fertility cycle, and was wondering what were the results for people with a similar situation. The medications they used on me were Femera and Ovidrel. I produced two follicles, a 14 mm one and a 18 mm, before the trigger. Now I am waiting for my beta test results. Did any of you get the same medications and had the same size follicles? If so, have you gotten pregnant with twins?
