Fertility Clinics for 2nd IVF Cycle

Has anyone gone through IVF cycles with Dr. Schoolcraft in the Colorado Reproductive Center in Englewoord OR with Dr. Sherman Silber at the St.Louis Infertility Center? If so, what has been your experience with these clinics as an IVF patient? I'm having difficulty deciding between the two.

I am in Canada but I saw Dr Silber on a special ivf show and he is the doctor who discovered icsi (where they put the sperm right into the egg). From what I have seen if you have the opportunity to use him I would. He is a pioneer in ART and seemed to get results. I think he is very expensive though.
