Ok, I am starting my second round of Femara with 1000 metformin, baby asprin, prenatals, flaxseed oil and progesterone after I ovulate. My cycle last month was 34 days until I got AF yesterday. VERY SAD!! My dr. told me to take all 10 pills of Femara on day 2 of cycle. Has anyone done this method? Is it more effective than days 3-7.
He has not mentioned anything about trigger shots but I read alot of posts about people taking trigger shots and getting u/s. Also about folices.
Please give me guidance on this whole process!! Thank you

im starting my first round of famara with 2000 mlgs of metformin. when i start to ovulate mt dr wants me to do the trigger shot before i go in for my iui i am new to all of this as well. i have always taken clomid. are there any side affects to the famara? good luck!
