i had my last period on sept 4 and i spotted on oct 5 ,in that time i had drank about 3 times and smoked crack cocaine,please tell me i will be alright

Hopefully you are not hooked on that stuff. You have a good chance that everything will be ok, if you are not doing anymore. But nothing is for sure. Stop now or get on birth control. A baby is way too precious. Good luck.
