2 years with no period.

Hi everyone, I'm new to this site and wanted to see if there was anyone on here with a similar problem as me. The background, I'm almost 26 and newly married. We want to try for kids soon but I'm afraid I won't be able to get pregnant. My last period was in April of 2009. I unfortunately have not been to see a doctor yet. I know I need to but there is always something, job loss, dental bills, a wedding, etc. Anyway, I was always pretty regular before that. I still feel like I can feel my period coming at the same time every month when I used to get it, mild back pain, head aches, that sort of thing. I was not on the pill before my periods stopped. Just wondering if anyone has had a similar situation? Also, has anyone had a period stop but still ovulated?
