I have 400mg I say thats the best You can go higher but i would start off with this and see how it go's.. I just got it yesterday and the women at the health store told me that THERE are a lot of women taking this and its great! She told me to start with this first it will take about a month to go into affect..good luck and happy healthy cycle to you!
