Hello ladies,
Im new to this forum but have been reading through it for a while. Congrats to all the ladies with BFPs and to everyone still traveling this road good luck and I'll keep you in my prayers.
My story is I'm 22 and DH is 24. We are dealing with unexplained infertility. My RE put me on 25mg of clomid day 3-7 with ovidrel and IUI to follow. I was suppose to trigger tonight but my follicle scan showed I have 5 eggs but the biggest is only 14mm. I go back on Tuesday for another scan. I'm just hoping for some words of wisdom I've been fighting this for 2 years now. I'm beginning I he frustrated. My sister just had twins and a lot of my friends are all accidentally getting pregnant and don't even want their children!!! Its a lot to deal with and I just need people to vent to and feel free to vent to me!
And oh yeah is anyone else dealing with similar situations? I'd love to hear something positive:) Prayers and baby dust to all!!

Baby4bnm im so sorry, but welcome to the forum we all here are trying to conceive im 22 DH is 30 and we have been trying for 21 months now. Iv'e tried one IUI unfortuantly it didn't work and i really didn't want to try another one because i felt like it wasnt going to work and most of the time when my conscious tells me someting 9 times outta 10 its right. So we just decided to keep trying natural a little longer and then if it dnt happen off to IVF we go. Just hang in there we are all in this together, i know it gets frustrating because you try everything and nothing seems to work i feels like youve been constantly studying for a test and still failing it just seem like no matter how hard you study you just still fail. I know exactly how you feel. I never had a trigger shot so i can't give you any advice on that lol. Goodluck, keep the faith we are going to have our bundle of joy soon. So here is an update I am scheduled for my IUI tomorrow and Wednesday mornings I have 3 follicules 14, 16, 18 and according to them thats good I'm so nervous....I'll be praying extra hard.

Nikki- thanks so much for the kind words! I'm sorry to hear that your IUI attemp failed. Do you know why you're having problems conceiving? Or are you also an "unexplained" case? It is a relief to know that I'm not the only female of my age having problems. I always thought it would just be so simple to have a baby. Boy was I wrong!!! Could have saved a fortune on birth control! I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers that you are able to conceive sometime soon so you don't have to go through IVF. But if you have to I'm sure it would work for you!!!
Wishing- I will be praying that your IUI is a success. All of us women would love to hear success for our team:)
I'm going to my RE in the morning for another follicle scan hoping that they have a grown a bit. I'm really trying to stay positive but it's hard at times. Maybe tomorrow will bring some good news and lift my spirits a bit.

baby4bnm you are so welcome but my DH has a low sperm count, im fine. It feels great to know that we are not alone going through this. I pray and hope to God that i wouldn't have to go through IVF myself, thats a long process.

JChristine- I'm sorry you are going through this and you'll be in my prayers!
Nikki- I know what you mean about not wanting to go through IVF. That's my next step if I don't get pregnant in 3 cycles. It takes a lot out of you! But I've also heard stories that are nothing short of miracles about IVF so it will be worth it!
My update- went in this AM for another follicle scan. I have 4 eggs (1) 19mm and (3) 16mm. I'll do the trigger tomorrow because my doctor wants one more day of growth and then the IuI on Friday. I was happy to see my eggs shoot up from jut 14 and 10 mm!! It's exciting but I'm trying to stay level headed and not get ahead of myself. Also trying to explain to DH not to get his hopes up just in case but he can't contain himself!!!

Baby4bnm thats great i never did know my size or how many, because i didnt do the trigger so they didn't monitor me i just used OPK's. Its so tough going through that 2wk wait all i cud think of is did it happen or am i pregnant just always wondered wats going on inside. Gudluck, keep us posted.

so here is an update I had my IUIs done Tuesday and Wednesday my husband had a great sperm count so now I'm on that 2ww now to try and not think about it is the challenge but lots of prayers and wishing will be happening....

As for me- I had my IUI this morning. I'm hoping it's successful but I'll try to stay grounded and not get my hopes up. DH had 21 million little soldiers after the wash and I had 3 good eggs!! I'm praying it's our month!! Now on to the 2ww:)
