Hello. I am trying to get pregnant. My fiance knows but will not quit drinking or smoking to help us conceive. I know your probably thinking "loser" but We both want this i just need help knowing when his sprem is the best time to try to have a baby.

Its not really about when his sperm is the best... You need to try and do it on your most fertile days. Smoking and drinking may delay but shouldnt be the cause to not getting pregnant. Do you know when your most fertile days are? How long have you been trying?
