I am 23, and we really haven't been "trying" to get pregnant I just though maybe I would have got pregnant by now, since there is no birth control, is there a certain time each month that is best to try?

yes...if you have a regular cycle (28 days) usually it's 14 days before your next period....but it you have irregular cycle that's a bit problem.....so try charting your temperature and observe for a couple of months then u will see a pattern on what cycle day u ovulate and then try making love 3-5 days before ovulation and 1-3 days after your temp rises so you won't miss your fertile days....god bless u
