my husband has low sperm count, has anyone used pre-seed and softcups and got pregnant? please help

we use preseed occasionally so i can't tell if it's effective since i haven't got pregnant yet. with softcups, they're so uncomfortable to wear so i used it only once. so yeah, i really don't know, it just doesn't work for us at all.

i have used softcup and preseed way back 2 years ago and it wasn't really effective, well at least for me. i don't know what went wrong, some of my friend say the softcup blocks the sperm, so i think that's what happens.

as much as i want to, i don't think i would consider this method at all. part of me
is like.. "what if i can't get softcups out"?.. "what if it stucks inside"?.. lol!
