OPK test line thinner than control line. Advice

Hey, just wondering if the test line needs to be as thick as the control line to be classed as positive? I started using the clear blue smiley face opk's and have had 6 days in a row on high, not peak. Then yesterday switched over to another brand and can see 2 lines, but one is definitely thinner... I would have thought I would have ovulated today so not sure what is going on. Everything else is completely fine. Love some help, will see if I can post a pic of my test..
