Need Advice and Ideas Please

Hello All,
My name is Erica; my husband, Eric, and I have been trying to become pregnant for some time now. I have been taking clomid for months and we have not been successful. On October 21st I had a laparoscopy surgery done to try and clear out my endometriosis and my PCOS; we had not previously been ovulating.
After the surgery we were told that the doctor’s believed they had gotten everything and that we should be able to conceive. I was given clomid to help with ovulation and I still believe that I am not ovulating.
I have an appointment on February 6th with a reproductive endocrinologist and I would love to get some advice from people on this forum so I can go in there with ideas. Also, I have recently learned about “anti-inflammatory cytokines” does anyone know more about this?
