I'm sorry to say this, but yes it is possible. Scarring can damage the ovaries. This can hinder the normal ovulation process. Ask her doctor if they think the surgeries could be the cause. Also, ask for suggestions about what she should do about it now. I hope it all works out for her. Good luck!
