Hi all, I am on my second round of clomid, first round worked but not Bfp. Second round didn't ovulate and dr said he didn't see any dominant follicles at all on cd 12 so prescribed me femera and a week later he said I must have already ovulated because my lining is thick which indicates post ovulation. My temps are still way below coverline and I never had ewcm or positive ovulation test. My question is what can make your lining thick besides ovulation?

Hi Jaiden. Sometimes uterine lining can thicken due to other reasons. These include medications. Especially estrogen boosters. High levels of estrogen combined with low levels of progesterone can cause this. I hope this helps you figure it out. Good luck!
