Hi,
i have been trying to conceive but i dnt knw if i am 100% fertile. I have regular cyles that are for 28 days and i was told that 14th day was my ovulation day, i have been trying for a month now and have had no luck.

That is when you are ovulating. However, 1 month is not time really at all. I would not stress until you have tried for a couple of months.

Its just that i am panicking and i knw its only 1 month but i cant stop thinking about it.

good that u have a regular 28 days cycle,coz it would be easy for you to determine your day of ovulation, and i think 1 month is too short for you to say that you don't have luck.My husband and I've been trying for 13 months and until now i'm not yet pregnant. Just keep on trying.

28 days doesnt mean you are ovulating on the 14th day, you might be ovulating on the 11th day. So to ensure you dont miss that day, check your discharge and also best try on 11th to 14th day.. Goodluck.
