Has anyone used the Mucus System?

Hi everyone! My husband and I have been trying now for about 5 months with no luck. I just recently got a book on fertility. They say you can tell when you are ovulateing by checking your mucus. I was just wondering if anyone has been successful with this method. If so what are the best days to try according to the mucus? The book says all days are good during and up to 3 days after, but I would help to talk to a real person about it, you know what I mean. Well good Luck to all.
