aat83- I'm so sorry. I'm very fortunate my iui worked the first time, but I definitly did my fair share of hpt that came back negative. I just can't help but think god has a plan. My thoughts are with you. It will happen soon.

Thank you all so much for the words of encouragement. I am going to try the iui again and see if this time we can do it with drugs. @harrisongoodall I had a larscopy done due to I had endometrosis, the surgery was a success so now both of my tubes are open. After having the surgery realize the sperm wasn't swimming to the eggs they were just sitting there. Doctor then stated that iui was best chances of me getting prgegnant since they could put the sperm where it needed to be. harrisongoodall have you concieved for an iui? So now I am waiting on my cycle to start fully so that we can start this process all over again. Oh top of that I am only 26 band can't believe I am having these problems. Thank you guys so much for the support, Baby dust to all.

aat83; hi there glad to here your going to try again, no i have not concieved from iui this is my first attempt, docs say myself and partner are both fine, i have caught on before but sadly lost it. i too am only young, i am only 23 but i always new there would be some complication as i had cancer when i was younger and this effects your fertility, i am lucky in one way as i will beable to get 3 shots at iui foc. well am getting very nervouse about tomorrow and deciding if i should go and get a hpt as the snow isnt that bad today! baby dust to you, ill keep you updated x

Good Luck harrisongoodall and CAI. I am doing so much better and much stronger emotionally now. I took the month off, still monitored my OV, which did actually happen and spent some time with DH during those two days. I will get back on the baby wagon next month.

been and had bloods done at 8.45 and i will be calling back for results at about 2.00, but spoke to nurse and she has actually said now that because of the flu i got the day after theres a good chance its not worked, but hey if these results are not the ones i want..roll on number 2 ...

Good morning ladies. Did the test and it was negative. Shed many tears but I am better emotionally now. I am going for round #2. Hi Hollymouse, glad to hear that you are back on track. Will talk later.

Went for day 3 ultrasound/bloodwork yesterday, and doctor found 2 small cysts on both sides. I guess cysts can happen with the meds, and she wasn't too concerned. Starting on 150 iu of Follistim for IUI #3. Trying to keep my spirits and optimism up. This forum has been great - I'm so glad to share/read stories with the rest of you who are going through the same thing. Good luck to all - healthy follicles and much baby dust!

so i got my results and iui has NOT worked this time was a big fat negative!! : (
docs have said i have to give my body a break for a month then go back to try number 2 in a month, to be fair i said it wasnt going to work and my chances were very low..only 1 folicle, and bad flu they day after. i cried and let every thing out just on a downer tht i have to wait to start number 2.
CAI; very sorry to hear that, looks like were back in same bloody boat! you starting yours straight away? to be honest i dint expect to feel as s**t as i do, my partner has been very positive even thou results were not the ones we wanted, i hope next time i have 2 folicles at least, will give me more of a boost! well ill keep looking on here but wont be updating anything as nothing to up date for a month!! but ill be here for you all...hope wishes and dream come true to every one who is waiting and who is going for there next iui/ivf, x x

Thanks Harrisongoodall. We share each others pain. Yes, I am going to try right away. My husband has been very supportive as well and I thank God daily for him. Keep in touch and to those still in the 2ww babydust to you :)
