My last 2 periods were late by a few days then my very last period I just had was late by a week and before I had my last period I went through cramps in my very low abdomen they were so bad that I cud barely walk it hurt to cough sneeze sit down and talk it lasted about a week before i started mg last period now after my period 4 days later I am spotting which I have never done what could this mean

did you just had miscarriage? cramps and pain on the abdomen and spotting are some symptoms of miscarriage. i hope you're okay.
