How is anyone supposed to know that? It could be right away or you could have a problem you don't even know about.

Every woman's body is different. It could take you one month, it could take you years. No one can answer that question. Some women who have never been on the pill take years to conceive. Your best chances are to try to pinpoint when you ovulate, and then have well timed intercourse. My DH and I have been doing that for six months, and I'm still not pregnant. Be very patient and it will happen in due time.
