Hi!
My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for a while. I have fairly regular periods (28-31 days, most months is 29 days). I have been using the clear blue fertility monitor for several month. It shows that my body works like a clock. It gives me 5 days of high, two peak days (which I want to assume means that I ovulate every month), and like a clock, there are 14 between first day of the peak until I get my period.
My question here are:
1) Any suggestions what to do to improve my chances to conceive?
2) Which are the most likely causes of infertility for someone that at least seems to have regular periods and seems to be ovulating. In other words, if are someone that knows about fertility and you read my history, which test would you recommend me to do to see if everything is ok?
Thanks for your help!

PS. I do have Thyroid problems, I had them for a long time and have been medicated for years. I got tested a few months ago and it was a little low (I am hypothyroid, but if the results are low it means I am taking too much medication and I am hyperthyroid), they lowered my dose, I got tested again last month and it was still low, so they lowered my dose again, though the doctor said that that was probably not a problem to get pregnant.
