Anyone with suggestions to fix low morphology?

Hi, my db was just tested and he had 0% normal sperm, count was also on the low side but volume and motility were great. My dr said nothing can increase his numbers and are only hope is IVF which we cant afford! Has anyone started with this, or going through this currently, and have taken meds which increased the numbers and achieved pregnancy? We really need some hope...

Hi NMN Keri. My dh had a fabulous count.... I can't afford ifv or icsi either. I've searched to the end of the web, and I can't get straight answers on morphology, or ways to improve it either. Different docs even tell me different things. Hugs, you're not alone. Does your dh know you're discussing this? Mine would flip (shh!)

Hi girls, my dh just got his latest results back, very low count, only 41% alive, only 5% rapid forward progression and 98% deformed. Our re put him straight on a supplement called Menavit which has zinc and selenium and all sorts of things in it, and has prescribed regular sex. His opinion is that regular sex forces increased production of sperm which can reduce deformities and thereby increase morphology. ANd they seem to have had success with this supplement too. I know there are conflicting opinions about this, our last doc told us there was nothing we can do too. I refuse to accept that til I have tried the treatment. The vitamens were a little pricey - $90 for 3 months but that's a lot cheaper than ivf! And incidently girls, just to give you some encouragement, I fell pregnant 7 months ago despite dh's bad SA. It unfortunately ended in miscarriage, but at least I know that it happened.
