What is Enterococcus faecalis heavy growth means?

Dear Forum
I have done my semen culture test and report says that I have Enterococcus faecalis heavy growth.
Antibiogram is
Sensitive to:-
Ampicillin
Penicillin
Vancomycin
Gentamicin High Level( Synergy)
Linezoid
Resistant to:-
Dalfopristin/Quinupristin
I want to know that is it treatable and in how much time?
Will it eventually improve semen quality and sperm count?
