I was diagnosed with pcos in october '04. Since then i have developed diabetes, mitro valve prolapse, and an unusually high blood pressure, and pulse. In May 2004 i stopped my regular birth control, and took the depo shot. I was gaining so much weight i thought it had to do with the shot, but in the end it had flared my pcos. All together since May i have gained 50lbs. I was wondering what some people have done to help lose weight and start feeling better again. It seems like anything i do is never going to help. I do take metformin and endoral. Please anyone with advice, shed some light. thank you
