Pregnant regardless of your partner's low sperm count?

My husband had an SA last week. The results show that he is only at 6.5 rather than a healthy 20. Have any of you gotten pregnant regardless of your partner's low sperm count? If so, did you do anything special? Just him? You? Both?
We have been ttc for 8 months, not long I know, but we knew something was up since we're both healthy and I have a regular cycle. I've also been through the whole round of testing with my ob/gyn and am in the clear -- normal female adult.
My dr suggested he see an endo, but we don't want to go to that extreme just yet. We've decided on supplements for us both for now. I'm already taking prenatals, but will add soy and red raspberry leaf tea to my daily regimine.
I just need to know that someone out there has been successful regardless of the SA results.

I fell pregnant 7 months ago, it unfortunately ended in miscarriage, but I did get pregnant naturally and my dh has 8.6 sperm count and only 2% morphology (only 2 % of his sperm are healthy and normal.)
