My last 2 periods were late by a few days then my very last period I just had was late by a week and before I had my last period I went through cramps in my very low abdomen they were so bad that I cud barely walk it hurt to cough sneeze sit down and talk it lasted about a week before i started mg last period now after my period 4 days later I am spotting which I have never done what could this mean

i know this is quite a late reply. but if you're having menstral cramps which is not your normal, then maybe you should see a doctor. how is it going now?

you should be worry if you're having menstrual cramps which isn't normal for you. it's your body giving you a sign that something is going wrong. have it checked out.
